Weldon undertook the design of the concrete slab levels, and drainage works. The works consisted of a 3600m² reinforced slab as a storage area for Heavy Goods Vehicles. The drainage system including interceptors was connected to the local sewers. Works included, to the clients original financial budget, 720 m³ concrete, 2200 tonne granite sub-base and 684 reinforcing steel sheets.
