This project involved the provision of a fully serviced infrastructure including bulk earthworks and Landscaping on a prestigious logistics park off the A5 in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

This scheme was constructed under a JCT Lump Sum “All Risk” Design and Construct Contract.

Works comprised and required that existing soils within an old Water works silt pit were remediated for re-use as suitable fill. Approximately 200m of dual carriageway, 1km of single carriageway and a network footway and cycleway was constructed.
