This project involved the infrastructure construction works to enable the development of an existing ‘brownfield’ site as part of the 100 acre Ansty Science Park development.
The site comprises 40 hectares of Green Belt land owned by Advantage West Midlands located to the south of the M6 Motorway.
The works involve the construction of two new roundabouts with interlinking highway and associated infrastructure works to adoptable standards.
Works Comprise:
180,000m³ Earthworks including construction of 3 ponds with combined volume of 30,000m³.
3,000 m Drainage Pipework, including 60 access chambers, 150 gullies and 13 headwalls.
14,000ms Carriageway construction.
9,000 m³ Recycled crushed concrete.
12,000m³ Service installations.
Foul Pumping Station and Rising Main.
