CONTRACT DURATION: 22 Weeks

The site was located on the A617 Southwell Road West at the junction with the access road to Ransomewood Business Park.
The Works consisted of:
Section 278 Works:
• Construction of Four Arm 60m inscribed circle diameter roundabout
• Provision of associated drainage, kerbing, footways, street lighting
• Provision of traffic Islands, illuminated bollards, road signage and road markings
• Provision of associated telecom, electricity, gas and water utility supplies to site boundary
Section 38 Works:
• Construction of approximately 400m of 7.3m Carriageway
• Provision of associated telecom, electricity, gas and water utilities within the site.
• Site cut to fill earthworks to form development plateaux over approximately 10 Hectares
Private Works:
• Construction of approximately 375m of 6.5 carriageway into the Business Park site.
• Provision of associated drainage, kerbing, footways, street lighting, road signage, traffic calming.
• Widening of approximately 700m of existing carriageway and footway.
