PROJECT: PEUGEOT COVENTRY, PHASE 1 REDEVELOPMENT

This project was the first phase redevelopment of a derelict site owned by Peugeot Car Manufacturers for a mix of commercial and residential use and provided a road infrastructure network to serve the new Peugeot Headquarters and Technical Centre buildings, a housing and apartment development and a sports facility building including the provision of a new football and cricket pitch.
2 km of single carriageway road was constructed with three roundabouts, three Section 278 Junctions and two signal operated pedestrian crossings.
